"don’t even waste your time. called put on hold right away. waited 20 minutes. they hung up on me. called again put on hold right away another 20 minutes. it can’t possibly be that busy to help me with something so MINUSCULE that if i could do it myself on the app trust me i would. they just don’t want to help customers phone calls so what am i supposed to do exactly?!"
