"Traci Cooper is the best, most knowledgeable and most affordable fitness trainer in the area. If you are looking to meet certain goals for certain muscles, like loosing that flap of fat under your arm or making your legs more shapely, call her; she knows exactly which exercises to do and specifically how to do them."

"The owner cares more about being a Facebook warrior than running her business. The fitness center is unorganized. You do not receive timely responses when inquiring about classes, but can clearly see the unprofessional ranting/arguing with other individuals on various social media sites. This is not the type of business I care to support. The prices are waaaaay higher than other fitness centers. The communication is poor. Information is constantly relayed at the last minute, if at all. After a few classes, I can clearly see why people barely attend this facility."

"I've had to take my kids bikes in here several times now because they ride them to death. The person that fixes the bikes is very knowledgeable and he does a great job getting the bikes back into shape so that my kids can go out and ride them to death again!"

"Posting on behalf of Chris Kimes: Coopers has spun me back into fitness. The classes, teachers and the motivation they give is off the charts! I thought I would never workout again after having foot surgery. You name it, I've dealt with heal spurs plantar fasciitis, bunions and a tumor...I now have a screw in my foot from surgery. The teachers and classes helped me realize I can take baby steps with modifications until I'm comfortable taking the next step. My pain in feet and knees is almost obsolete since working out again. I'm stronger, have energy and confidence since I've lost weight and inches. The people you meet at Coopers have become great friends. I can't thank Cooper's enough for planting roots in Champion to get me in shape and healthy... anyone thinking about trying the fitness center should take that leap!"
