"Burnett’s as whole has been great! We signed up for the spa valet service and all I can say, is the service is a great idea and was well done (service wise) but the billing on the other hand was a disaster! None of the invoices broke down the services they actually did. I was quoted $79/week for service to then being bill $279 on multiple weeks in a month. When I asked for a breakdown in regard to the invoices I was told they had issues with the original software and recently upgraded which would help relieve the issue. I can’t blame the rep that was helping me, as she was fantastic and could only do what she could, with what she was given. The idea and service is great, as hot tubs are a pain to maintain. $279/week is insane (by the end of the year I could buy a brand new tub). We are still working to resolve this issue and again, as whole Burnett’s is great. Since this program is new…it has some kinks to workout and I’m sure they will get it corrected soon."

"All of the guys who worked on my pool were really kind, helpful and unobtrusive. I would have never known they were there if I hadn't checked on the progress. Marissa who managed all of the work, kept me consistently apprised of everything. The price was absolutely fair and they helped get an old pool into working condition."

"Bought my hot tub from Burnett and started using their monthly spa service. This has been great giving me peace of mind that it’s completed and taken care of while I focus on family and work. I recently had them do the Valet service and the hot tub was left looking brand new! We hoped in the next day and it was incredible see and feeling the difference. Only issue was communication. I didn’t know till half way through the first appointment day that they weren’t coming out. They rescheduled to the following week and no show/no communication. I moved my work days and meetings around to be here in case they needed anything but after doing it twice I couldn’t a 3rd time. Overall this is a great service - communication opportunities to enhance the experience further."
