"I book a double bed room for one night. The first room had stains in the sheet that seemed fresh and hair in the wet tub. As if someone had just used it. The staff was able to provide me with a new room which I appreciated until I saw a big roach crawling up against the wall. I didn’t stay the night because I feared something would crawl on me."

"I previously wrote the review about the mouse.. I am SHOCKED that whoever is replying to these reviews would sit and lie like this… the manager gave me late check out once the Haitian front desk man askd him if I could check out late because I missed my flight . There was FOR SURE a mouse in my room the Indian man didn’t even care to check because their clearly used to it. LASTLY.. please I beg of you . Show me any proof of me on video saying racial things . How dare you Lie on me to try to cover up for MICE being inside your building instead of just taking the criticism and doing BETTER . Freaking pathetic ."

"Staffing is very friendly and check in was a breeze. It's not the Waldorf Astoria but it is on the nicer side of the lower priced hotels I have stayed at. 2towels, hand towels and wash clothes fresh and clean. Bathroom was a little small but clean. Toilet seat was broken but it still works just fine. Flat screen TV and free WiFi. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Air unit was quiet and kept me cool. I was on the 3rd floor in the front and did not hear any traffic from the outside. If I am ever traveling for work again I will definitely stay here again."

"If you want a peaceful night, do not stay here at a weekend, the business across the road blasts music for hours! You can feel the bass through the floors and walls. The whole place is run down, my sheets had cigarette burn holes in and I was given new sheets but had to change them myself. There was barely any toilet paper in the room, it was not clean, not sure house keeping did anything other than change sheets and towels, floors were gross, draws had sticky stuff on them, hairs in the fridge. The ice machine was broken, the whole area is pretty sketchy. Spend the extra money and go anywhere else"

"Don't see the problems others complain about. I stay at hotels all the time and this is one of the better ones for the price. All the staff is friendly. The one black guy that works the front desk could be a little nicer but other than that the bedding and sheets have always been clean. I will say the bottom of some of the showers could use some bleach. But no major problems here."
