"I have been going to this Giant pharmacy for 11 years. The pharmacists have been there for my family through a variety of life events over the years and have always been supportive. It is true that some pharmacy techs are better than others, but the pharmacists themselves have always been top notch, easy to work with, considerate, and efficient. They keep track of things for me like making sure a certain med is filled ahead of schedule due to upcoming travel events and contact me if one of my long prescribed medicine dosage has changed to verify that it is correct. 5 stars absolutely."

"They did NOTHING to verify my prescription. I dropped it off on Monday, and they told me I would get a text when it was ready. By Thursday I had not heard anything, and that's because they weren't sure of the name on the prescription. Never mind that I presented both my driver's license and insurance card when I dropped off the script. Never mind that I have been getting that exact same prescription every month for two years. Did they try to call the doctor's office with any questions? No. Did they bother to contact me, the patient, to let me know there was a problem? No. They did NOTHING, just threw up their hands and said "whatever" and made ZERO effort to clarify the issue, which once they actually contacted the prescriber turned out to be exceedingly simple."

My Insurance company has tried to get me to go mail order but i can't .
