"MICE INFESTATION THAT NEVER ENDS. When I moved in there was issues with Mice up until September 2023 when I threatened to call the health department ( which I did) and get a lawyer from suffering with mental health issues due to living with a mice infestation for over a year that caused severe anxiety and depression as the situation would not get better. There were mice literally having babies in my apartment. I was advised to rectify the situation for the issues at hand they would wipe the remainder balance for September 2023 rent and oct if I would vacate by Oct 14,2023 to make the situation right. I vacated the apartment within 3weeks as stated with no where to go but I knew I couldn’t live there anymore due to the mice issue. On January 2,2024 They sent me a $4,000 collection notice stating I owed the balance for September and October because I did not vacate or confirm that I vacated the apartment which I advised I would and have the proof. I was advised to call corporate and I spoke with the Account Manager Kaiser Brown and she was very rude might I add. She showed lack of empathy and and confirmed they would not be removing the balance as promised and no further conversation will be had with her unless I wanted to make a payment arrangement. This is foul and disheartening as there was an agreement in place and they now refused to withhold the agreement per the corporate office Now I am forced to seek legal counsel for my pain and suffering my children and I endured while having to live in these conditions. As well as being homeless due to the property manager Deborah Mitchell stating they was unable to accommodate me to another unit and I would need to apply for another complex. I am spreading awareness so nobody has to go through what I’ve been through with this company."

"After reading the reviews about the Rats and actually seeing the pictures ! I am sick! how can a company treat that woman like that?! kudos to her, she had to live in that nasty condition for a year! And they had the nerve to charge rent!?!?!?! it’s a strong No! Could never be me! I Never will even consider moving with the company as a whole! Baby get yourself a lawyer! And quick!"

"Very rude manager , they do not care about residents and something they don't tell you is that the MICE AND RATS will become a permanent resident in your home indefinitely! Overall terrible company and business managment.no maintenance men, ur apartmemt will turn into a mice factory eventually, I have heard so.many bad stories from friends that wanted a decent home to go after leaving for break in the army. Everyone had near the same negative experience, DONT MOVE HERE!"
