"Among the best local Marriott options at the price range. This is the 10th Marriott I’ve stayed in the local area. Pluses: Only one that had a medium fridge (vice tiny), stove, and small kitchen at this price range. Still reasonably close to whatever you want. Internet was decent, not the worst I’ve experienced at this price range. Minuses: Not the most updated. Unimportant stuff, to me, was older. I stayed on the first floor and I knew when people upstairs walked around. Just a creaking sound, not big noise. May matter to some. Staff was awesome. Parking is good. TVs are smaller than other options at the price range. Only one that had coffee and tea 24/7 available. Likely the best option if you want to cook your own food and have plenty of fridge space to save leftovers. A really good option if you want to stay in the National Capital Region and would like to spend your money elsewhere while having a good place to sleep."

"I stayed here just for a night as i was waiting for my a/c to be fixed at my house. I was checked in by Laura who was going to give me the free upgrade suite as im a platinum member, but the suite was not on the top floor so she checked me in to an accessible room which was perfect because I do have a disability that pregnancy has made worse and it wasnt far from the elevator but not too close that the noise from people coming and going would keep me from sleeping. It was very quite on the floor I stayed at during my night there. No smell of people smoking. The room didnt smell pungent or mildewy like most hotels and did not experience any bugs which i always thoroughly check when going to hotels. The room was very clean as well. I really love the fact that the water stayed nice and hot during my long shower. I like that the long is tucked away from any busy roads and highways. The hotel itself seems a lot outdated, like i don’t understand why Marriott gives these tiny tvs for Towneplace Suites but give the Residents Inn a nice big one with great picture quality; and the kitchen was a full kitchen with oven and stove and dishwasher but again very outdated. I dont like the fact that i couldnt find any dollies/carts to put my luggage in; didnt have enough towels in room; the cleaning lady came knocking on my door at 10am expecting me to be gone when I had extended my checkout time to 4pm at the same time of my arrival; and that there isnt a noticeable indication that one building is the main building for check-in besides seeing A and B on them. But overall it was a decent enough stay for one night. Would go there again if needed to."
