"A year later I really wish I didn’t have to come back and update my review. My main issue here was the lack of actually getting what I ordered. I corrected the tech twice and each time she was rude. After that I stopped trying to correct her and let her finish. Mis charge and over charged me. It’s like they just didn’t care."

"Horrible. I made an appointment for 12pm. Sat in the water For 40 minutes, until my nails were able to be done. My feet For all prickly. Then, I was sent to another chair to get my nails done. I stood there for another 30 until I was seen. And in the in between Ryan was bouncing between three people. I let him know it was extremely unprofessional. That they’re taking on way too many people than they can handle and he was dismissive. Immediately told two clients to wait only a little bit when they were already way in over their heads. I was there from 12PM-3PM. To add, Nothing was cleaned after he was done with me. He stored it in the drawer and went on to the next client and used the same utensils. My nails are not smooth at all. I’m extremely unhappy. I hope he doesn’t come on here saying he’s sorry and would like to help because I told him all of this and he dismissed it on the spot and I still paid full price. Don’t comment."
