"Ordered some chillis to-go and had quite a bad experience. I eat at this chillis a lot and have never had a reason to complain before now. However, this to-go order was the most hideous dish I have ever had the displeasure to pickup. The taste was okay but severely cold and I only like 4 minutes away and I showed early for the food. My advice only eat in the restaurant and I promise you will have a good time."

"My "go to" since it opened. I like the ribs but we also get appetizers and desserts. This time was carryout but we also dine in too. The chips and salsa are great. Try the molten chocolate cake. Delicious! Give them a try."

"The 1st time I went, my friend and I left because after being seated, we waited 20 minutes, and no one came to take our order. We decided to give it another try, and the service was still really slow, but the server was nice. The fajitas were ok. Steak was chewy, and the chicken looked like the frozen strip you could buy at the grocery store. The chicken wings tasted old like they had been cooked days before and reheated. Most of the attention is focused on the bar area. I know it's a family-friendly place but just loud over all."

"Was pleasantly surprised about prices. We are trying not to go to Glory Days as much since they have been increasing their prices too frequently. The "feel" of this place was nice and open and bright. I will be back."

"This Chili's location was great! I was visiting from Manassas and decided to stop in. Same great for, same great atmosphere. This location has a very good feel to it, with the warning rays of sun setting a good mood coming thru the front doors. The only gripes I could come up with were that the table was a bit dirty, and that the area from the parking lot to the inside has a door but it wasn't the front door....?? This is a apparently a mobile order To-Go door. It really throws off the look of the restaurant when the first door that guests can walk up to isn't the front door... But, I guess there's nothing the restaurant staff or managers can do about that, haha! That's an architect and engineer's thing. Overall the service was great. I ordered the chicken enchilada soup to start (no tortilla strips), and original chicken crispers as a main. They were both cooked well, and perfect. My server continually checked in on me and wasn't the talkative type. He let me say what I needed and left it simple, which I appreciated very much. He brought me a couple things when I asked for them and was always there to help at the right time. What I did find odd was that the person bringing me my food was not the person checking on me or taking my order. All in all, a great ending to the day for me. Thanks Chili's crew!"
