"Out of all the Chipotle’s in the area this is the worst. An hour before closing they “run out” of sour cream, even though its literally sitting in a bag in the fridge behind them (this has happened multiple times at this location). The worker did not change gloves and got sauce, cheese, and whatever else on the outside of the bowl. The girl at the front after I paid threw the second bowl and forks in the bag and just pushed it across the counter to me. I understand wanting to work and getting in and getting out asap, but this level of service is unacceptable. I hope this work attitude gets fixed promptly otherwise I will be messaging corporate. For reference, I work in the service industry as well so I know what its about and what I am talking about."
"This chipotle is frequently out of things. Once an hour before close they were out of rice and would not make more. It is always very busy. If you have the option to go to a different chipotle do so."
"I have been under the weather the past week and all I wanted was some chipotle. Ordered online and they left 3 out of my 6 total things out of my bowl. Ridiculous. What was included was 3 massive clumps of rice with some cheese melted into them and table scraps of Carnita meat. Since they forgot my sour cream too, this was the worst and driest bowl I ever had. 0/10"
"This is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve been to. The counters were filthy and when I mentioned it to them the cashier stated it’s easier said than done (wish I took a picture). Then to top it off while I was there a kid walked up to the counter to show the cashier the dead fly in his food he just purchased. She took the food and told him he could get another bowl but they can’t control that happening again. Not sure if it’s because it‘s so close to the university why they don’t care but I was disgusted. Please retrain staff before the food department comes in there."
"We visited on a Wednesday evening. The food was fine, although as usual the portions seem rather haphazard; we all ordered our bowls with chicken and got wildly varying portions. But that's normal Chipotle stuff. This location is pretty typical. A bit dingy and probably not as clean as typical, but not bad."
