The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was chill even though I was alone in the restaurant, and the background music was perfect low balance. "This is the only restaurant I've been to in the US that got the panko breading *perfect. Ramen was likewise very good, not quite as good as Japan (the tare could have had a stronger flavor, and the bowl seemed to be missing the aromatic oils) but pretty close! Ajitamas were marinated, which is rare. +10 points!"
