"I ventured into this store today because my girlfriend and I decided to take on a home project during our time off. Our goal is to paint the master bedroom. I had done some research online about ceiling paint, and determined that Promar ceiling paint was if high quality and a good value. I came on down only to find out that they did not have this product in stock. Bummer. Nevertheless, the nice employee behind the counter was super helpful. He recommended a different type of Promar paint that would would look great on the ceiling. He prepared the paint in about five minutes, and not soon after I paid for my order. Now hopefully the rest of the actual painting process will be fun also, but I doubt it!"

"Jake took care of us from the minute we walked in and we left with 10 gallons of paint in about 10 minutes. He was courteous, helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend!"

"Submitted an order on November 16th and they said it would be ready in a about a week. Called one week later and the lady on the phone said she doesn't know what I'm talking about and a manager will call me back. I asked her if she needed my name and number and she said no. Never received a call back. Then I called back a week later and she said the manager will call me back again. Nothing again. Then the third time I called back a week later and I said I need to speak to the manager now and she hung up. Then that day on Dec 7th, I decided just to go in. My order was sitting there ready to be picked up. She guy said it had been ready since November 21st!!!! No one had called me about my order being ready or anything. I wanted this project to be done before Thanksgiving and I had mentioned that to the manager on November 16th. Even the guy who rang me up on the 7th was very rude and had horrible customer service. The color they sold to me didn't even match the sample I gave them. What a waste of my time and money. I'm never coming back to this location and will be telling everyone I know that this place is trash!"

"Very good price for flat paints. Think about to buy semi-gloss for kitchen/bathroom, but price is higher than what I thought, even after 40% off when sign-up for new account, end up Andrea give it to me for free, when I search online and just realized it's very high quality paints! Thank you for not laughing on my knowledge-less!"
