"We went for lunch on New Year's Day. Even though it was not very crowded, it took about 15 minutes to get seated. And they was only after finally flagging down a server who didn't seem surprised the host was missing. We were seated at a table in a highly visible to staff table, but it took another maybe 20+ minutes before even getting acknowledged after flagging down the server who initially greeted us! I was completely ready to walk, but my husband had never tried the food and was very interested in doing so. He said it appeared a mix-up was created by the missing host. Once we got a server, she said there may have been some confusion. In any case, she(I believe her name was Izzy) was amazing and fantastic in every way! She was attentive and efficient. We told her it looked as if she and the server who seated us were the only ones working, even though there were several other team members all over the place! Speaking of which, the host kept walking back and forth between two spots, looking lost without doing much. He eventually seated some folks, and as they walked by us, we heard him say to them that he was completely out of it because he hadn't gotten any sleep the night before! Cool, it was New Year's Eve, but still gotta work, and don't tell irritated customers that! In the end, my husband loved the food! He is a VERY picky, or as my dad used to say of him, "particular" eater. It was good to me, too. An initially, potentially horrible dining experience was made good by a great server and a happy husband!"

"Terrible wait at 8pm, the server later explained that they were short-staffed. Our fajita came out and no tortillas for 15mins, no silverware or even water. I asked server to check my Gold rewards as I have points and free Piñata, but he refused to take my rewards til it was check out time."

"Good food, clean place. It wasn't too busy when I visited. It can get loud because there are no carpets or fabrics to dampen it. I had the Tex-Mex Style Street Tacos. Food was good and cooked just right (for me), but compared to street tacos that I had at a very particular mall food court in Tucson AZ, this was not seasoned very much. It was good, yes, but not very seasoned. Still, I call this a win for dinner. After tip, I spent ~$25. Also that chocolate mint cookie piece. Yum."
