"I attended a work event here, where we participated in a cooking competition (18 people). The staff is so amazing, I had a blast. I learned so much from Chef Gregg. I've never heard critique be so personable and informative. He is also hilarious. You can tell he really knows what he's doing, and wants you to get something out of it. His backup that day was Kelsey, who was a great bartender (hell yeah) and couldn't have been more warm & supportive through the cooking. She listened to our ideas and wrangled all the equipment we needed, then gave some great feedback. I dedicated my dish to Gregg & Kelsey and won the competition :) The cooking experience is a great off-beat team building novelty, but Chef Gregg & Kelsey really made the experience outstanding."

"I attended a date night pasta-making class listed online as a recreational cooking class. I left an honest review about my experience, and the response was rude and in all caps. I don't appreciate being yelled at for being honest about my experience. I'd enjoyed the class, but there were flaws. You don't care about customer retention or wouldn't have responded rudely to me. Other cooking schools offer the same thing. I don't see any need for me or my friends to return to this establishment."

"My fiancé and I came for date night and Chef Troy and Gloria were professional, effective, and fun instructors! We cooked rockfish, fingerling potatoes, and a lemon tart. The space and ingredients were well-prepared and they paid a lot of attention on safety, knife skills, and cleanliness of the table. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back!"

"Wonderful cooking class on cooking steak. Facility was state of the art. Loved making crème brûlée! Wish there were a few more screens to see the instructor as it was a full class. Along with a great steak, I thoroughly enjoyed how the staff continued cleaning our stations as we went through the cooking process. My only constructive criticism and it’s minor is that the address for the class led you to the CVS on the first floor instead of the 3rd floor near Macy’s where the facility is located."
