"After this experience I will never walk into that building again. I can’t support any people or business who think mental health is something to play around with. The front desk personnel if you can catch them, are cold, non empathetic, never answers the phone, Never answers texts from their office phone even when you’re responding back to them. I’ve been Trying to get a prescription refilled that already had refills left on it somehow they switched that and now they refuse to refill it after me and the pharmacy have been calling and asking for a few days. Now they tell me they don’t allow pharmacies to contact them. Well great. Jasmine at the front desk hangs up on me because I called her out for lying to me the day before, I don’t expect young little receptionists to understand a lot but I do expect Professionals at a medical facility to know how to operate business. So basically I’m being forced to wean off of the medication I’ve been on for years, currently stuck between a rock and a hard place with zero help from them. Trust me these people don’t care if you’re sick injured or going crazy. You will suffer in silence."

"Dr. Al-Khateeb and Dr. Boswell are the best! My Husband and I have seen Dr Al-khateeb for many years and always received the best care. She is thorough, professional, and helps you to take better care of yourself by being preventative in nature and just a wonderful human being in general! I do recommended."

"I am no longer a patient at this office. Which is a blessing. Dr. Al-Khateeb and her staff are rude and condescending. Her bedside manner is terrible to say the least. The last time I visited the office in person her words to me were “worst case scenario you would be dead by now or extremely sick”.This was due to an oversight on her part that was discovered by another physician. I recommend individuals find another PCP who listens to you and will not try to medically gaslight you as she does. Her front desk staff are equally incompetent and unprofessional."

"I wish I could leave zero stars Can Never get meds refilled without calling the office multiple times. I was prescribed a medication that needed pre authorization only to find out a week after being prescribed, nobody sent in the pre authorization. The team has a very relaxed attitude and no sense of urgency. Find another office to get medical attention"

She is absolutely marvelous, very knowledgeable and thorough in getting to the bottom of whatever is ailing you. If she doesn't know, she will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if necessary. The staff is also warm and welcoming as well. Love this office!"
