"Unity Health run by mostly cultured people in my own experience is run by the the very bottom of the Healthcare Community. This particular clinic has a Homeless Population and is connected to one of DC's biggest shelters. The clinic is filthy and it's bathrooms is in in disrepair and you will stand in line to be registered by an agent for nearly a half an hour by a front desk clerk she used to take almost 45 minutes to type her info in years back. Lately they have a director whom I told several times that the front desk was not answering calls. This started with another Director and had never happened. Now that this Director is not invested not is the Director of Unity Clinics,they answer whenever they please.. Corporate has been aware for along time and they have the lowest of grade of staff in Corporate A yt person would never dream of coming to such a filthy,low grade clinic.Tgey don't and I completely sympathetic of it. I observed a patient on the floor with her hands long periods of time like a half an hour.on her private parts. A Nurse Provider Taylor should be avoided. She walks in and when she duspec and out of patients rooms for half an hour and when she suspected I had something contagious she tried to examine me in a backed up position and put other Nurses at risk. When she did not want to come back with the diagnosis she found out was positive she said she was stated to come back in the roo. If ever there were patients to be scared of it's there.Im not one of them ut take no sh*t it off how trifling the staff can be.The Medical Director and Director need to be replaced along with The leaders of Unity Health"
