"I had a C & P exam here and it was fine. I’m not sure where all the negative comments are coming from. The appointment was quick and to the point. I was seen by a doctor. The building itself is older but there’s ample parking and my appointment started on time."

"Stay far away! They claim they will do anything they can to help Veterans get what they deserve. Yet, they'll completely lie on the Veterans record making it extremely difficult for Veterans to get a disability upgrade. Just like they did to my husband. Lying on a medical record is illegal. They just dug themselves up a bigger hole. We had to get a lawyer for him to get his 100%. Once everything pulls through. My husband has every evidence to sue LHI."

"Don't be afraid to ask for a supervisor if you run into a wall. In initially had a problem bc they "can only reschedule VA appts once". They scheduled it the day after Christmas and when I said I would not be in the country, they scheduled it again the same day without asking and then stated they couldn't do anything since they had "already rescheduled once".... Supervisor was very helpful when I called back and was able to fix everything."

"Do not allow the VA to send you here for any new or worsening claims, their sole purpose is to do whatever they can to deny your claims as they did with mine. This "doctor" stated she noticed improvement when every piece of evidence i submitted proved a new and worsening condition, causing my rating to be reduced when the claim they proposed has improved was not an individual claim i opened when i filed the new claims with my deteriorating condition. lastly they are either completely disorganized, dishonest or both when you get to your appointment and come to find out they don't have any of the evidence you submitted and it is a common occurrence. don't make the same mistake I've made when they call you and try to send you to any of these private contractors for the VA and request to be seen by an actual VA doctor at a VA facility. i didn't read the reviews before going to my appointment and i really wish i did. best of luck to anyone who has to deal with the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of these so called "doctors" Edit: Just verified after going to my hearing at the Roanoke VA regional office I found out they 100% lied on my range of motion exam when in reality a measurement was not taken and 85° was just written in after I stated my degenerative disc will not allow me to bend forward at all without feeling pain. I found out that anything over 30° And they will reduce any lower back disability which for me they had me rated with a lumbosacral strain and that enough was the cause for the VA to want to reduce my lower back rating from 40% to 10% thus bringing down my total combined rating. Please avoid the trouble and DO NOT ATTEND. Request to see a VA doctor not any of the private contractors like LHI"

"Stay away from LHI at all cost, especially if Rosemary will be conducting the exam. They are NOT on your side and could care less about your disability and only want to screw over the Vet. These people are real POSs!"
