"The pediatrician dismissed my granddaughter from the practice because of my daughter’s wise decision to not vaccinate. Although not necessarily the fault of the pediatrician, she is brainwashed in medical school and bound by rigid vaccination policies and cannot go against them for fear of malpractice. Vaccinations are big business and money. Pediatricians make little profit on well visits. This was told to me verbatim by my children’s pediatrician 25 years ago. You can imagine how much more pediatricians push vaccines as costs of keeping a practice open and making a decent living are harder and harder for a once very lucrative profession! Furthermore, Blue Cross pays pediatricians $400 per fully vaccinated child (see physician incentive program available online.) If your pediatrician fully vaccinates 200 patients under the age of 2, that’s $80,000. Here’s the catch: pediatricians lose the whole bonus unless 63% of patients are FULLY vaccinated including the flu vaccine. Lastly and equally important is comparing the vaccine schedule from 10 in 1983 to 37 in 2015! I didn’t vaccinate my children 30 years ago and was never dismissed from pediatrician’s practice. What a bunch of malarkey!"

"I liked them at first until it came to them trying to discriminate against me and my child for our medical preferences. Was discharged from their practice today because of it. All that is left of Hopkins is the name because their care is mediocre. They push things on patients that makes them the most money. Their practices and “policies” aren’t about health at all. Edit: we are now scheduled with another practice that actually is committed to the health, well being, and understanding of ALL patients. Hopkins, you should be ashamed of yourselves."

"All in all the front staff are great at this location. I feel it may be an overwhelming number of patients and daily task. They truly work as a great team. Jonathan has great customer service and ensures patients are scheduled correctly and prepared for their appointments!"

"Poor customer service at this office. My first appointment was canceled I received an text message saying that you have to reschedule I called to reschedule and was told the doctor will be in and no need to reschedule when I get to the office the doctor is out for that day so I reschedule and the same thing happens again the doctor is out for the day the workers at the sign in desk asked did I get notified of the cancelation by text and voicemail I received the text message but did not receive an voice mail. My first appoint I received the text message and I called to reschedule and was told the appointment was confirmed for that day. I traveled over an hour to make these appointments and took time off work. I'm felling frustrated and the workers at the sign in desk didn't seem to care."
