"This company is terrible. I would not recommend them. You can't speak to individuals at the local office. You are only able to talk to someone in the main office in IL and they have no clue what they are talking about. If you need to ask a question about a procedure or next steps, they do not have any knowledge to help you. My first three appts were scheduled incorrectly. They didn't have the right appt type or staff to complete the procedures. Now they are telling me they staff that was supposed to perform the final procedures just quit. It's no surprise that the staff don't even want to work for this company. Now I'm unable to finish this process as planned."
