"So many bad reviews and it's making me nervous to come in for my very first appt there."

"I was selected to receive a $50 gift card to do my annual women’s exam. After having 5 children I decided to get birth control. On June 16th I got the IUD, I was in complete discomfort for weeks with heavy bleeding and pain. On July 20th the IUD was removed and we agreed on the arm implant. My implant was mildly sore however improved after a few days. Since then, I been clotting like crazy, soaking pads and cramping good lord. I am unable to reach a nurse or a physician. September is Friday and I cannot bare with the clotting anymore. I WANT IT OUT NOW!!! Blood is leaking out of me like water."

"RUN! Don't walk. I went in for a mammogram and sonogram (it was on the referral). I wass told they didn't see a sonogram on the referral and they would not give me a mammogram either. I went back to my GYN and they pointed to the referral code under the mammogram code. Th GYN office couldn't figure out why they didn't give me the mammogram until any confusion was cleared."

"I had a bad Experience. Here’s what happened, When I started my Pre-Natal care at Washington Hospital Center, Women and wellness center, They lied to me. They told me that they have a 12 group of doctors working together and delivering the baby. I asked them who was going to deliver the baby and they said out of 12 doctors two of the doctors gonna be there every day every shift so I trust them and start following my prenatal care with them. However, when the time is it’s for delivery I asked them where are my doctors and I called them why I’m not there to deliver my baby they said they are not on schedule today. They manipulate me they won’t respond to me. Please please do not go to human wellness also don’t trust them please save your life. Trying to let new employees do practice on you while you are on pain. Specially they know you cannot say no while you are in pain that’s why they try to lie to us. Please don’t go"

"A truly terrible experience. I left after waiting for two hours and then being asked why my Dr. didn’t order the right thing. After waiting for two hours, arguing for 15 minutes with a rude insurance lady who seems to know better than my doctors what i need from my visit and finally leaving without receiving any care as i needed to get to work. I cancelled the visits and will never go back to this mess of a place. And i caution others to literally take the whole day off if you plan to go there. Or better yet, go to a different location to get your imaging done."
