"Very bad experience. Have been going to this practice off and on for years. This morning they canceled my appointment once I arrived. I made the drive over and made special accommodations for my children. I called before I left and was told they were in fact open (due to weather). This appointment was scheduled 4 weeks ago for a chronic issue… Then they told me they can’t get me back into the schedule for 2- 3 weeks. Ridiculous."
"Sorry but I have to agree with several of you. Dr. Colonna is arrogant and rude. As a "doctor" myself I expected some measure of professional courtesy and received none. He wouldn't even look at some of my skin issues and never showed any interest. I will say that on a return visit I saw the PA who was extremely nice and caring and actually bothered to look and even take a biopsy. but alas on my visit it was it was the 30 seconds with Dr. Colonna and goodbye, tough luck - sorry I can't help you and I'm not interested in exploring any treatment options."
"Dr. Todd Colonna is a bully. He was extremely rude and callous during my visit. He refused to answer questions. Showed zero empathy. Behaved like a bully. I told him he was triggering an anxiety attack in me and he laughed. Never in my life have I come across such a rude doctor. He brings great shame to Advanced Dermatology and MedStar Health."
