"Terrible customer service from the supposed store manager on the afternoon of Sunday 3 September. After being rude to a customer because the customer didn't speak fluent English, he tossed the very heavy box he was bringing to the car into the back with cero concern for damaging the vehicle or the item just purchased. Not sure what his problem was, but if that is the way Harbor Freight treats customers, I am taking my business elsewhere."

"I had a very pleasant experience at Harbor Frieght today! The store was cleaned and organized. The prices were reasonable and affordable. The clerk, Andrea, was extremely polite and helpful. She helped me as well as a few other people find items around the store. This is rare as most employees these days don’t know where things are located. I made sure to tell her that she is doing a good job. This was my first time shopping here but I will definitely be returning."
