"When I first looked into buying my first road bike (Fuji Transonic 2.5), there weren’t many shops that would respond to my email or phone inquiry. Given that it was August 2020, the two wheels movement was booming so bicycle supplies were very limited. Kevin was the only one that replied to my inquiry since his shop carries Fuji bikes. Over the course of two weeks, he quickly placed an order with Fuji and had my bike ready for pick up. He provided great customer service and was always ready to answer any questions whenever I tried to reach out. Will continue to visit this shop even if I live in the city of Philadelphia. Highly recommend this bike shop!"
