"I’ve been fishing all of my life, like all fisherman say. I’ve used everything from jug lines to super expensive bait casters to cane poles but fly fishing was just one method I stayed away from. Why? Well because of the “rich, pompous and snobby” connotation that fly fishing came with and also due to the misconception of being super expensive.
