Even though we were not buying from the Sterling store the staff was friendly and helpful. On two separate days Mark took the time to answer our questions, help make our selections and choose grout for a dozen different tiles throughout the condo. "Can only speak for their customer service over the phone. It was really poor... Called looking for a couple of Laticrete products. The gentlemen I spoke with seemed as if I was causing him great pain when I asked if they had a product in stock and the price. He then ended up quoting me for the incorrect product. So I called Conestoga Tile up the road and they had exactly what I was looking for (Laticrete Hydro Ban) and gave me great customer service."
"A great one stop shop for all your tiling needs: large assortment of tile, great clean and bright showroom, thinsets, grout, tools. They carry lacticrete products which are superior to generic brands you find at big box stores. I came from Burke, on a Saturday because the tile shops near me are all closed on Saturdays! Fred - the manager was great and made the whole trip worth it. Support a local store, who knows how to treat customers right!"
