"I highly advise anyone considering shopping here to think twice. Terrible customer service! I asked the representative working to assist with checking my wife’s car battery. She decides to checkout the two other customers in line first,although it was my turn. After she finishing ringing up the two customers her response was a deep sigh and she told me that “she is the only one working.” I left the store and will NEVER shop there again."

"I came to pick up a part which I ordered 3 days ago. And they said they will deliver it, and they did not. Now I am here. Waiting there is only one customer and 2 cashiers. One cashier is busy with the customer. I understand that. The second one is standing right infront of me doing literally nothing. I approach to him. He says the other person will help me. I wonder why the other person needs to help me when you are standing here doing literally nothing and talking nonsense With the customer. Plus i dont understand why does it take more than 30 mins to finish up with one customer? And why do i have to wait more than 30 mins for you to finish up with him and then help me? By the way.. i am still waiting for my turn!!"

"Super rude staff.. please stay away from this very location! After giving her the details of vehicle, she went in there and brought me the wrong wrong part…I called the store to let them know about the issue and the manager noticed the part that was given to me by her colleague was wrong she then jumped in the conversation and ask me to stop harassing her if not she will call the police! Is this harassment?? For handling over a wrong parts to a customer??anyway, LegalShield got my back! They so so ready to sue!stay away from this location… unknowable staff!"

"Starting from health, non of the stuff have a mask on. The store is very unorganized and no one is willing to even ask if you need any help. It looks to be they are more busy with the delivers to the shops that order the parts that they need over the phone."

"I have been going here for oil change parts/car cleaning equipment/tools for the past two years or so. Today I went in because I had mistakenly purchased an item I already had buried in my garage. The owner appreciated my loyalty to the store and refunded my money without much hassle. It is hard to find a place that values customer loyalty, especially in the world of big-box stores. This place does care about customer satisfaction and makes the effort to retain its customers. The other staff are always super helpful and friendly. The parts are also decent. The air filters are made by Wix, which is a top brand."
