"Great service. I brought in my bike for a complete overhaul ( completely rebuilt) by there technician Javonte. He did great job For a fair price on parts labor was a little high."

"Very nice selection of bikes to rent and buy. I called in the morning to get information about bike rentals and was told it was $15/ hour and that they had all different types of bikes to rent. I also asked about renting helmets and was told it was $5. It was our 1st visit to the Chautauqua Institute, so my husband and I went in the morning first and walked all around the Institute and had lunch first. We looked at the large selection of bikes when we 1st arrived but decided to rent them later in the afternoon when we returned after the steamboat Lake Chautauqua tour. When we returned to the Institute to rent the bikes, the selection was limited in my size (more common size), so I rented a road bike instead of a hybrid bike. We had the bikes out for only 1.45 hours because the shop closed at 5 pm, and we had to have the bikes back before they closed. We were charged after returning the bikes. We were charged the $15 for the use of the hybrid bike, but we were charged $50 for the use of the road bike. When I inquired about the charge, the shop salesperson said that road bikes are $50/day. Now, they should have said something about $50 for 1.45 hours before I rented it. That price is ridiculous. If I had it rented all day, then the price would have been fair. The Institute isn't that large, and we only rode around to see all the streets, 10 miles top. I just think they take advantage of the situation because they can, and people just pay without saying anything."

"Walked inside and there were a group of employees in the back. Not one person greeted us and not one person came over to see if we needed any help. Rude customer service =I'm never stepping foot in the store again."

Hi It's me:

"Took 2 months to get after ordering, first wash this is what happened. The Matt guy told me he would replace it and then 2 more months went by. A rude lady called this morning and said it was ready. I was thinking, “Finally.” Then she said she needed my card because it was going to be $35. I told her Matt said he would go ahead and replace it. I guess I was thinking that meant free of charge since the name fell off the back and the front emblem is peeling and it’s pretty much garbage at this point. So this girl puts on her manager who explains that they need the junk hoodie back first if I want the replacement. I was thinking, “A four month ordeal and they’re going to be this way?” I said never mind. I don’t have the time to be running all over for something that should have been made right 2 months ago. Soccer season has been over for 6 weeks now. She got her actual full uniform the second week of June, it was ordered on April 2nd. She had 3 games left when she finally got her uniform. At least the lettering stayed on that! They’re too busy obviously for new orders and they DO NOT take care of the customers they have given defective product to."
