"No lines and no response at drive through for several minutes. One polite staff member at counter. Unmelted cheese on burger that looks like it got stepped on. Subpar, overpriced trash with lousy service. Surprised these restaurants still exist"

"We stopped here while traveling back from the holiday. The staff was nice, place was clean & service was fast. We got our food to go, so we didn't notice until we were back on the highway. The fish sandwiches we got were hard as a rock, like they had been sitting there all day & they just warmed them up & the chicken nuggets tasted old as well. No wonder the service was so fast! They grabbed food that had been sitting there for hours instead of making fresh."

"Rude staff who swore loudly at each other even though there were children and elderly people in the lobby. Waited forever for my food while they goofed around and messed up a couple of drive thru orders. Shift manager girl just looked so beleaguered. Then my food, which I very specifically ordered using the kiosk, was wrong in three of the six sandwiches I ordered. Not a good experience or worth the walk."
