Breast Care for Washington

"Absolutely horrible! I made an appointment a month ago, and went to my appointment today to be told they don’t take my insurance. Whomever made my appointment over the phone took my insurance information the same day over the phone, so why would the front desk staff not know this, or call to make sure before I show up. I get to my appointment early, check in, and then was told the doctor will be running late this morning, and they had no idea what time this doc would be in. The had another patient waiting before I got there. The young lady at the seat talked so loud, that I knew all of the medical information of the patient that was there before me. Then, she ask me do I have the CD from my old mammo in 2019, which I didn’t because I wasn’t given a copy, but I had the findings that was given to me. So, she tells me to get on the phone with the hospital that did my first mammo to get the CD as if it would happen today. First, that’s not my job to do, that’s yours if you want the CD, the findings were readily available for the late doctor to see, but that was good enough. The same front desk person tells me, that the young lady who took my information no longer worked there and it was her fault, as if that was going to make the situation better. Then, the doctor calls the same young lady, and she informed the doctor that they were told she would be in around 9:15-9:30, but that doctor was not going to be in at that time, in fact much later by what the young lady was saying by the conversation they were having. I waited a month for this appointment to be turned around for an insurance im sure they take, but didn’t want to do the proper checking to find out. Horrible experience, I would never ever go back here for any freaking reason! I worked in healthcare before, and they way they operate playing with peoples time, money, and health is crazy. I took the day off, paid $15 for an Uber to be told my insurance isn’t accepted. Wow!!!!"

"Most Friendly staff I have ever seen in a Medical field, even tho they get overwhelmed with patients they are wonderful, always make sure you are comfortable with the check up. I am always grateful and Thankful for everyone who works here."

"Emily, Pam, Tina and most of the staff encountered have been compassionate, concerned, caring and extremely helpful throughout the process of having multiple test and procedures for my mother. We decided to try this facility after a terrible experience at a local hospital. I have NEVER experienced such concern and empathy in any other doctor’s office. She quickly made an appointment for a mammogram for me and I actually look forward to working with such a positive and wonderful team. I feel safe in their hands no matter the outcome next week."
