"After seeing all the negative reviews, I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and everything went smoothly. I felt a little dizzy after having my blood drawn but the lady was very attentive. I arrived at 9:45am on a Friday and was out by 10am."

"A terrible experience! The lady at the front desk was incredibly callous and rude. She treated my sister like she was a bother and not a patient. She didn’t explain why the insurance didn’t cover anything, and just told us to sign. Terrible service and care. The same lady was rough and not gentle as she tried to draw blood from my sister. Absolutely shameful behavior from staff that are supposed to be accommodating and respectful. Will not be going back here."

"Every time I come here, the service is quick, blood is drawn efficiently and painlessly from skilled employees. The average number of people they see has risen and they are sometimes understaffed, so I do hope that this location can be given more employees and every worker a raise in compensation for their hard work."

"I’m actually here now and, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted in the most down to earth manner by Lanette. I’m not sure what the name of the other staff’s name but, everyone was so friendly. I had to forward my labs to their email address and, they were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. Lanette sense of humor was great. They got me in and out; the longest part was me forwarding emails, lol. I will definitely return and, recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Labcorp team for making my visit spectacular."

"I Went there and the front receptionist was so rude, it was about 7:30ish when I got there. My kids had just woken up and hadn’t had time to eat when we got there. The lady told us that we should’ve fed them before coming because it helps with drawing blood and calms the kids down. She still proceeded to stick one of my daughters and completely missed the vein. The lady started rudely telling me that I was supposed to feed them before coming because they have to eat. I kept explaining that they had just woken up but she did not care, and my kids are barely 1 year old and sleep until maybe 8 or so. And the lady kept repeating the same thing to me and I as well kept repeating to her that my kids had just woken up when we arrived at the clinic so I hadn’t fed them yet. And she proceeded to have an attitude with me trying to belittle me. I went to the Riverdale Park location hours later after my kids calmed down and ate and the nurse informed us that the lady who sticked her prior didn’t do it correctly. This lady at Greenbelt had no type of patience with kids and was very unprofessional."
