"I had a 9:10a appointment for a drug test on Monday. Was in and out in 20 minutes after a brief check-in and very short wait. The process itself took like 5 minutes and all of the nurses were kind. It wasn’t too busy so I can’t speak for that scenario but it’s pretty common knowledge to always try to take care of medical business as early in the day as possible and you’ll most likely have a similar experience."

"Well the customer service outweighs the little bit of time I had to wait before being called back. The staff was awesome. Even staff members who weren't helping me, spoke, which is unusual. Because it was so busy I totally understand and didn't mind the wait. Well worth the visit."

"The young lady who took care of me was pretty helpful to me with the English barrier, in fact I come from a different background and sometimes struggle to understand the accent of this area. The However that was the only positive comment that I can give for this place, 1-The place where patients wait can be more clean and modern 2- Would be better if the staff are more smiling, talking in polite manner and give you positive signs with the way they act. 3- I did not wait long time in order my turn to come which I appreciated but on the other hand there was no-one waiting except me (at 1:00pm)"
