"Excellence!! Ambassadors of Customer Service in the medical field. The Admin & Technical Staff were welcoming, informative & knowledgeable. My cardiologist prescribed a CT scan post surgery. The Admin Staff guided me through the automated sign-in & I was seen immediately by the technician. She asked that I wait while the radiologist read the scan. Within 5 minutes I got a call from my cardiologist. The radiologist had contacted him to say I had developed clots in both lungs & should go directly to the ER. The expertise, communications & efficiency demonstrated by the radiology staff was amazing!! I honestly believe their actions saved my life! They deserve 5 Stars plus!!"
"The receptionist at Fairfax radiology at Tysons is extremely polite and very helpful, And has wonderful customer service skills. The technicians are very helpful and walk you through the process and makes things a lot easier for the Individual. The doctors get the reports out and timely manner which makes life a lot easier especially for those that are questioning what is going on with themselves. Thank you Fairfax radiology for your help and your assistance. Throughout the years I will continue to go to Fairfax radiology for any imaging that I need done."

I was so concerned about my procedure but they made it so comfortable by explaining everything so clearly. I was so impressed with their professionalism and interest in making me feel at ease.
