"No man should go here for a beard trim. I asked to clean up my edges and even out a little bit of uneven growth. I should have got out the chair the moment she looked me funny after asking what guard I wanted and having to reiterate I just wanted the current length evened out. As it is I left with maybe half the length I had before and it being more uneven than I was before"

"( U CLUB Plaza location ) very friendly stylists, just had my hair cut there today 1/2/24, after i got home it seemed a little uneven in the back behind my ears, so i went back and it was no problem at all, the lady that had cut my hair was very polite and took care of me right away. a lot of places will give you attitude if you come back for a touch up if you are not completely satisfied, i had no problem at all. i was also very impressed with the cut over all, one of the best cuts i have ever had, and no muss no fuss going back, great service like that is very important and hard to come by these days. very friendly and considerate professionals at this location."

"First time here, wish I would have read the reviews because she cut like 6 to 8 inches off my hair. I asked to cut off split ends not that much. Then she dried it and charged me 5 bucks. You should always tell the customer if it's extra. My husband's hair looks awful and it was cut by the other person. He told her not to cut the back at all and there's nothing left now. Same thing/ she cut it all off. The cut looks terrible.She also didn't even wash it which is supposed to come with the cut The other 2 boys that got their hair done by a different girl don't like their hair cut either. You can't even tell she cut the one. They both hate it and were never going back. 4 people by 3 different people and 4 bad haircuts. No thanks and then we had to pay. I really would like my hair back and my hubby's too."
