"I decided to purchase a spa because I fractured 3 disc's. I have been in it 4 to 5 times a week for the last 3 weeks and my mobility has improved dramatically. I could only put in 600 to 900 steps a day and now I'm over 3400 daily and walk normal now. If you have mobility issues go for it you won't regret it, plus their spa's come with the cover, steps, and arm to make lifting the cover a breeze! I have to add, they were patient with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Coral Isle"

"Our family had a horrible experience with a Strong Spa. After only 3 years we had multiple leaks, a broken and rusted cover we could barely open, a dead pump, and a broken heater. It was a money pit and when we called their service line, we got the run around and they said any local hot tub company would be able to fix it for us. No local company would touch them because of their known issues (I don’t blame them). Needless to say, it now resides in the Broome County Landfill. We debated getting another hot tub, but our family decided it was key to a fun and happy winter experience here in the Northeast, so we decided to bite the bullet. After extensive research, all roads led back to Hot Springs and we found out Coral Isle was a Retailer. We had an excellent experience with Alex in the showroom. Be sure to ask for him. Not a pushy sales guy at all and showed us all the features and specs that would work best for our family. We purchased the next day and it was delivered in less than a week! What an awesome tub! We decided on a saltwater tub and I’m very happy we did. As the person in our family that maintains it, it’s a piece of cake compared to our old hot tub. Sometimes it feels like I’m somehow cheating, it’s that easy to maintain on a weekly basis. We did have an issue with the tub when we first filled it up when the heater failed to turn on. It ended up being an error of the 3rd party electrician that wired it in, not the tub at all, but Coral Isle sent out their tech for an entire morning to diagnose the issue. It’s very difficult to find top notch, after-the-sale service like that these days. 100% recommend going with Coral Isle and Hot Springs if you’re in the market for a tub. The peace of mind in knowing you have a company that will be there should anything go wrong is well worth it, let alone the build quality and ease of maintenance."
