"I purchased two matching Palliser recliners after viewing all the beautiful leather seating available. After the furniture was delivered I noticed a small issue and I called the store and spoke to Martin. I sent photos and explained what the problem was. Martin came out to my home himself and fixed the issue to my complete satisfaction. Not too many furniture company's offer the quick customer service that Be Seated Leather Furniture offers after the furniture is delivered and paid for. The Furniture quality is beautiful with lovely stitching and color. The after care guarantee was a big plus for me when making my purchase. "I really wanted to buy a couple of couches from this place but Martin talked me out of it. He made an offensive joke about me asking how I got my “white” name when I’m clearly not white. I didn’t find it funny but he certainly did. I asked about a specific couch in the showroom but Martin walked me around trying to sell me every other setup he had. When I finally got him to focus on the couches I was actually interested in, he gave me a different price and options than he gave my wife a few days earlier. I had blank check expecting to spend around $10k and he talked me out of buying anything."
"Great couches and recliners! The leather is so durable, and the stitching is great. As soon as I felt the quality I knew I had to purchase some pieces of my own. My family is still using theirs, and it’s well over 10 years ago looking like new. Now I finally have my own! Also the staff has done me right the whole way through.
