"I’d give zero if I could. We ordered our appliances on Christmas Day. We were told they’d be delivered by January 9th. Then we received the invoice via email showing the new delivery date would be February 9th. February 9th comes around we’re told we’d receive them the following Friday (16th). My husband gets a call from Lowe’s on Tuesday (13th) and told him they received the appliances and we’d be getting them Friday. Someone would call us Thursday night between 7-9pm to give a better time. My husband calls them today (15th) to confirm they have our appliances since we’ve been getting the run around, the guy checks and says no they haven’t received them. My husband speaks to the store manager and he says they should receive them by the 23rd of this month and we’ll get them the 24th. Talk about a JOKE! I would never give another cent to Lowe’s!"
"Updated: I contacted Customer Service prior to posting this review, why would I contact again? Purchased several items in late November, including Christmas lights. Did not use, unopened and tried to return 12/31. Was told last day for holiday item returns was 12/24. This is not noted on the receipt, nor did I see (I have 20/20 eyesight) “all the signs in the store.” Will shop little to less at Lowe’s, and instead spend $$ at Home Depot and the like due to this policy, lack of trust in purchase/return."
"I have been using the Lowes order pick and it has been working flawlessly. They are timely and accurate in making sure they have my online order ready for pick. The staff there has also been very friendly and approachable if I need assistance throughout the store"
"I’m literally standing here in the pro section with no one in line watching 6 employees stand there talking to each other after ive repeatedly asked for help getting cinder blocks off second shelf! Two extremely large lazy younger fellas who have no sense of urgency. And Ingrid the angriest lady I’ve ever seen behind a customer service desk"
