"MAJORITY OF THE TIME THE PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONALLY UNCONCERNED LAZY AND RUDE I had been using them. Service got bad I transferred to Mt. Vernon especially for their customer and delivery services are excellent. But because they close at 6 at Walgreens closes at 9 I transferred two prescriptions to them. They were sent over to them about 5 at 8pm I called for the status and was told they wouldn’t be ready until the morning the next day. WTH.? After this pick up. Walgreens will be minus a customer."

"I came here to get some allergy medicine 6 minutes before closing. The security guard made me go right back out the door saying they’re closed. I told him I had 5 more minutes and he said no we closed. It really disgusts me the level of poor customer service this place has"
