"The ladies here do a GREAT job each and every time. On my first visit, I had them remove a power-dip that I got from another salon. The manicurist was quick but did a very careful job, and the price was reasonable. On my second and third visits, I got pedicures. I was extremely happy each time. So why only 3 stars? I haven’t had good experiences with making appointments with them over the phone. Whoever answers the phone is always short and snappy; they never even take down my name. On my most recent visit, I didn’t make an appointment but I called ahead for a walk-in. The person told me to come right in and there was no wait. When I arrived less than 15 minutes later, there were only two workers and they each had a customer. The guy who I assume is the owner or manager (because he’s always there) told me I had to wait 30 minutes. With that, he continued his conversation with his customer as if I was just a minor inconvenience. No apologies or further explanation. I walked right out and I don’t plan to return anytime soon."

"I've been coming here since we moved to Arlington over 8 years ago. Super clean. They always get me in with or without a reservation. Very fair prices. Holly, the owner, is always delightful and making sure that everything is in order and that every client receives only the best experience. Henry is one of the many great nail techs I see. I did once have a bad experience with "Jeff". When I went to share my concerns, I discovered they'd already let him go. Great value. Great service. I sometimes am traveling and have to go other places when on the road, but it's never the same service and results. They even have an ATM in the salon for maximum client convenience. Love this place and the care I receive every visit."
