"I should of listened to the previous review about the eyebrows. I got my eyebrows done and I asked her to keep them thick. They were severely overgrown because I hadn't had them waxed in about 5 months. She said she would just clean then up. She went far from just cleaning up. She waxed then off extremely thin and waxed about 35% completely off of the end of my right eyebrow. My eyebrows are tattooed on so she had a guide but she removed so much hair that my actual eyebrows are 1/2 the width of the tattoo. When I told her she cut my eyebrows off she said that what I asked for. I told her I did not. Then she says I complain about my eyebrows everytime I come in there. This was actually my first and last time coming in there. I guess she mess up people's eyebrows so much it's hard to tell everyone apart. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS!!!!!"

"I went into this establishment on 5/14/2023 on Mother’s Day. I went in as a new customer with full, bushy eyebrows. I explained to the manager whom was doing my eyebrows that I wanted to keep them thick, full and long. She said ok and that she was only going to do a clean up. BABY she took all my eyebrows off and if I wasn’t so embarrassed and ashamed I would post a picture. She even applied a pencil without my consent To cover up her wrong doing. I didn’t noticed until I drove 5 mins away of course I checked myself out before leaving the shop. I called immediately once I wiped my eyebrow off lol. She was not taking any accountability at all. I had to pull back up to the shop just for her to see how crazy I was looking smh. She wasn’t trying to give me my money back until I called the police smh and started posting her business on Instagram. Worse experience EVER! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND bad customer service etiquette‼️"

"Starts a pedicure but leaves to do service on someone who just walked in the door. My pedicure was horrible. No massage to my feet and I received the ultimate package. I've been before but today I was highly disappointed. You must complete a service before you start another one and second don't rush. Not sure if I'll be going back after this."

"My manicurist was to busy to take me on Friday on a holiday weekend. She could take me Tuesday. So I Sunday I called here and made an appointment for 2:00pm. All the chairs were full but the owner did my nails until a pedicure chair was vacant. Tina took her time and I was satisfied. Will return Everyone was professional and courteous."

"Fairly new place in Clinton, MD and so far I'm loving it. It is SUPER convenient and they do a great job. They take their time and don't rush at all which I love. It is very clean and maintain well inside. I believe given more time they will learn new and more great techniques in the long run, they are just not at that point for the more elaborate flamboyant nail styles as of yet. But so far I will continue to come here as i like the work they are doing."
