J2 nail

"This review is on the long side but I wanted to touch on everything I noticed and liked about this nail salon. J2 nail is great! Their service and customer service was excellent. I decided to give this nail shop a try because of the good reviews. Usually I'll try a couple nail salons a year but I haven't been able to find one worth sticking with until now. Joey was very informative and took the time to answer my questions. He and Jacqueline did not rush to finish our nails like most salons seem to do now. So our nails came out beautiful (it was 3 of us), they didn't cut us with the drill, and they made sure we were comfortable. I was also paying attention to how clean the salon was. The decor is very nice and the place itself is clean, they disinfected the feet bowls, used clean instruments on our nails, and had us wash our hands before applying nail polish. I also really like the location and availability of parking. Another thing I liked was that they mostly work by appointment only. To book appointments they prefer text as they are selective about hiring nail technicians (which I also liked because this ment people with skill were doing my nails). The prices are very reasonable and the massage chairs are really nice (I used the Air function). Usually, I don't use the chairs because their hard and hurt but these were nice. They also had privacy screens if you prefer some privacy. I definitely recommend J2 nail if you want a quality service."

"If You Are looking for a Real Professional salon this is a Rare find and my new salon. I only prefer Professional top quality places 5 stars because if not the service or food is bad haa haa so I will travel if needed. I have been driving to Sterling VA to find a professional shop because all the shops that are around this area the nail salons have been Awful!!! Over the last 6 months I have gone to several from Largo to Waldorf to Upper Marlboro and they were all Horrific. I decided to do a search for Clinton and found this place. I was a little concerned because they didn’t answer the phone but they did respond to my missed call by text. Joey is Awesome. The salon is small and personal I felt like I was receiving a personal spa day. He took his time and the massage chairs are Awesome!! He also let me know they had placed an overlay on my nails instead of just gel. He also took his time on my nails and I’m usually screaming in pain from that tool but it was not painful. He said that the people had been pressing to hard and deep but that I was not sensitive to it. He was very patient and Never rushed even though I had a late appointment. I have finally found my salon locally for the first time in 10 years."
