"Extremely nice and the finished product has always been good. Unfortunately, timelines is not managed well. Always being late is unprofessional but when it goes from 5 or 10 minutes to an hour that is just disrespectful and careless. People schedule appointments based on your availability and theirs. Not only is it frustrating but it’s sad."

"I contemplated on leaving a review, but I felt I had to express my experience. I visited the salon on my birthday I thought I would receive princess treatment. I paid my deposit to secure my appointment and when I arrived there was no knowledge of my appointment. I paid an additional $25 to have my hair washed which was fine except my hair was never blow dried straight. I simply sat underneath a dryer with my curly hair for a short period so it could dry.The stylist, then begin to flat iron my curly hair straight with no product. I took pictures throughout the service of my facial expressions, and I was significantly sad. Once my hair was finish I paid, tipped her and left only to get home to see my tracks showing, and when I began to blend my real hair with the tracks one fell out. I cried dramatically I will not return to the shop because I feel my natural hair was not treated with care. I wouldn’t recommend booking at the salon if you want to keep your curly hair curly because now I have heat damage!"
"To start, the stylist Shemeka was 20 minutes late. She washed and conditioned my hair. Then proceeded to gel twist it. She started off taking her time but as time went on she began rushing. She never trimmed my permed ends. After completing, she put me under the dryer for about 10 minutes and that was it. She never gave me a mirror. You can clearly see all of the product she put in my hair. And it is very sticky! I am not pleased. I will have to find a solution because I cannot go out in public like this!!!"
