"Charming Nails never disappoints! They have a great selection of OPI gel colors, SNS dip powders, and other services. They also have weekday discounts and excellent customer service. The ladies are thorough with the process and keep the shop clean. Their location is in the heart of Georgetown and parking is not always the easiest, so consider that if you drive. 10/10 would recommend. Annie and Sophie are my favorites but all the ladies in the shop are amazing!"
"What a pleasant nail experience @ Charm Nails DC! Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed and attended to right away (my appt was 5:15p on Wed night ;). Jenny was lovely, attentive and generally helpful throughout the whole experience. I was SO pleased w/her work and how she checked in w/me to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process even with our slight language barrier. My line of work takes me all over the DMV, so I’ve encountered my share of nail salons and I think I’ve found my Georgetown spot ;)"
"I was able to book a same day appointment very easily online. The space is on the second floor and is new, fresh, and clean. The environment is relaxing and the staff is really friendly! Sophia did my nails and she did an amazing job :-) it’s just a pretty, natural color and I feel great about the service. I will be returning ! Edit: went back, got Sophia again and she did this incredible pink ombré look. I love it!! Received compliments too :-)"
"Wow. I love this place. Not only is the customer service amazing. There is plenty of dip powder, and gel options. May I also add the quality is perfection. Helen is amazing and so is everyone there. Very skillful and talented team. I will say this is more of a boutique style salon. Which I appreciate. There is also a point system that I love. Refreshments as well."
"I've been going here for about 2 years now and the service never fails me. Helen is so detailed and precise when I get any of my services done, but also the entire staff is just the same way. They just moved to a new location and it's so beautiful in there and they enforce Covid protocols. I would definitely go visit and you can book online! Also, they have a TON of color options and even have a new line of polishes that is called Dazzle Dry. It's essentially a healthier alternative to both gel and regular polish."
