"I agree with many other reviewers. I’ve been here many times, and every time got a different experience. There were only 2 technicians that were always polite and did a good job, that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of one. The owner, and the rest of the staff have been consistently rude/conceited/unprofessional. It’s really a bummer since I live nearby, but I won’t come back because I don’t need my mood ruined when I get my nails done. Today, I asked for OPI gel (that’s the only that holds, the other one I got done there chipped away in a week). The man just told me they don’t have any. When I said that I know they do cause I got it done here 2 weeks ago, he walked to the back and brought me the color wheel with OPI samples, without saying a word. He finished working with his customer, and then invited his coworker to get her nails done, all while me and another customer were waiting for them to get finished, since no one else was available. Before that, when the lady who is the owner did my nails, she did it as if she had so many better things to do but she was stuck here with me. Every time she would do one thing like cut cuticle she would walk away, and then come back. Not a smile, not a look in my direction, talking to coworker the entire time. Throwing my hand away every time she was done with it. It may sound weird but it was so low key hostile, that just really bummed me out. It’s just a weird vibe in that place, like they are not sure they want you there. Very sorry to leave, but won’t come back and don’t recommend it to others."

"This use to be one of my favorite nail salons. I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now. But you know when you get a little bit more “fame” some let it go to their heads. They do a good job on nails but the customer service is so rude. Attitudes on top of attitudes. I can vouch for Monica and the older guy that sits next to her (not sure of his name) but they are THE best at what they do. Management can definitely work on being more friendly. As of now I’m no longer attending here. But if Monica and the older guy are open to privately doing my nails, feet, eyebrows. I’ll pay them double the prices they usually charge."
