They’re very honest about colors and shapes and lengths I showed her a picture of nails like this but way longer is she was like no she knows that I’m a mom of six and she was like no any short shorter nails and how conversations are good. "I went here for a fill in and pedicure and it was the worst nail service I’ve ever had. The tech was very friendly but her work was not good. My pedicure was decent at best but the polish wasn’t applied fully to the nail. As for my manicure I asked for a short square shape but she gave me a squoval shape, she used a cover color acrylic which made my polish color come not how I wanted and her application of the acrylic was sloppy. There is acrylic on on my cuticle area and one of my nails lifted so she had to apply a tip. Instead of cutting my natural nail down before applying the tip she kept it my grown out and applied it over with acrylic now I have a gap which can lead to water getting between my nail and causing fungus. I’m going to soak my nails off and go back to press on $98 wasted!"

"I would never do this, but my nails are so disappointing for the price I paid! The first issue is I asked for almond shape and that is not what I got! I mentioned a few times during the service that it was not almond shape (which I get ALL the time) and she kept telling me she would fix it “after”. The color was already on so I am not sure what she meant by “after”. The second issue is that she messed up the dip color and had to redo it on the right hand making it 5 coats of dip on there which I’ve never seen more than 3 no matter how light the color! The third issue is how they look in general. The edges are not clean, I had a tiny bit of old black polish on the cuticles that I could not get off that she didn’t take off and now shows under the dip in some places. This is the worst nail job I have ever had. I came her because my person at my normal salon was not available. Big mistake! I have posted pictures to kind of explain all of the issues."
