"Had my toddlers amoxicillin filled at this CVS location. Started to prep my sick child to bed just to realize IT WAS STILL POWDER. i waited 15 mins inside while they were "filling" it, and nobody actually mixed the medication for it to become administrable. The pharmacy techs have one job"
"do not buy gift cards at CVS. This week alone 2 of the gift cards are not working (netflix and Apple). The Manager Eugene he will laugh in your face, even though he is the person that did it incorrectly. Netflix told me “that he never activated it”. As matter, my receipt from doesn’t the activation for the card.He said”he did not care” and laughed."
"When the CVS Pharmacy hours state 9am opening and it’s almost 10am and it’s still not open. This is insanity. The manager doesn’t communicate with those in line and workers are back there but can’t open without a pharmacist. Customer service at its best. Shame on you CVS."
"Called the pharmacy to see if they had a medication in stock. Waited 15 minutes on the phone, no answer. Called the pharmacy again, kept on waiting. Still no answer. Drove to the store. 26 minutes later, still no answer on the phone and of course they did not have the medication in stock. If insurance allowed me to transfer all of medications out of CVS, I would."
