"When you’re there in person, you can tell the staff is trying. But clearly management/corporate is not giving these people the resources to run the pharmacy smoothly. Calling? You might be on hold 30 minutes. IF the phone gets picked up. If you call the front store, the manager just says “hold on” and hangs up. Then doesn’t answer when you call back. Certain pharmacists will say stuff is out of stock just because they don’t feel like filling it. But if you go up there, it’s clearly on the shelf and you end up waiting another half hour for them to begrudgingly fill it. Just pitiful."
"I waited online for over an hour to speak to a pharmacist. When the phone finally rang thirty times, it automatically disconnected. I had no better luck when I called to speak to the store manager or the pharmacy manager."
"Have been waiting 1.5 hours on hold to speak with pharmacist. Attempting to assist patient whose prescription they could not fill without speaking with me first. Now while writing this post I received message that they decided to fill prescription. No one in life has time for this. Especially not the physician."
