"If you’re looking to have your cat groomed here, proceed with caution. From my experience I found that the groomers do not want to bathe cats and will find every excuse in the book to make sure they don’t bathe a cat.When I picked my cat up and was told she wasn’t enjoying the bath so they used some waterless shampoo cleanser that I can buy in the store for the fraction of the price of the grooming fee . The waterless cleanser left her coat dull, sticky and smelled like perfume. I had to take her home and give her another bath. I called the store and the manager did make it right. But I will not return to this store for grooming. Also, my cat was shaken up by the experience and I regret taking her here."
"The grooming staff at this place is incredible. My dog HATES getting his ears cleaned and I have taken him to 3 other places and Teara and the rest of the team were so patient with him! Service was efficient, and friendly, and welcoming. Made my dude feel safe and able to get a miracle done. 5 stars would recommended"
