"I love this place. I have a rescue with many issues and no matter what they always help or make space for us to come in. Dr. Lida has been my dog’s doctor since I brought him to the US and I know he wouldn’t still be here without her. Everyone is friendly all the way from the front desk to the techs."

"The staff at Elkridge Animal Hospital is fantastic. They are kind, patient, and listen to all your concerns and questions. They follow up through phone, texts, and their own mobile app which is very easy to navigate and use. I highly recommend this place for your vet needs."

"3 stars for staff. -0 stars for Vet! After moving, 1st visit to new Vet. I have never had a Vet hardly say anything. Took 3 cats in. All relieved checkup & shots. 2 cats needed dental (previous Vet, diagnosis 1 cat 1 tooth extraction. Then wouldn't do because of age. 2nd cat full extraction) wanted 2nd opinion. Vet came in, checked them out, gave shot. I explained teeth situation. He left room & I never saw him again. Aid was a nice young girl but she was so confused. We talked in full circles a ridiculous amount of times. Everytime she spoke she talked about teeth cleaning. How many times I had to say extraction or teeth removal??? I asked if Vet was coming back. She left. Came back later. Nope. I received a summary for upcoming teeth cleaning. Really? So back out she went. Came back with summary for 1 extraction. I tried hard to not be mad. Once again wanted a second opinion about my rescued girl & if she really needed all her teeth removed. Still no Vet. I pay & told someone would call to set up appointment for dental "cleaning". Let's go over this again shall we. I call 1 1/2 weeks later asking. "Someone will call you". 29 days later someone called. By this time we were already looking for another Vet! Spoke to a few neighbors at a yard sale. 1 couple & 2 singles with dogs. Everyone new about this Vet. The couple & 1 single person had been there. Said the same thing. This Vet does not talk to you & rude. He wasn't rude to me but I guess leaving & not talking is a form of rudeness. All other staff members were nice & helped me carry cats in & out. I had my hands full with them & a parent with Alzheimer's in wheelchair I could leave in car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Both my fiancé and I were very pleased with our first visit here bringing our 5 year old dog here, very professional and informative. The prices were fantastic also! $55 for a visit and check-up and $30 for a rabies shot Kiki(dog) is very timid and shy, they let us comfort, hold and help with the check-up she had too get a rabies shot which was don’t very quick and seemed painless Kiki didn’t even know! both the vet, assistant and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will be coming here from now on out. Thank you Elkridge Animal Hospital!!"
