"I've experienced basically every single horrible experience outlined in these reviews. But in general, most of the staff has been pleasant and seem truly limited by whatever extremely awful system they have in place. I also see lots of new faces every time I've gone, which suggesrs to me there's a high turnover. What I do find humorous is that while I can't ever seem to get a medication I truly need in a timely fashion (and have to move heaven and earth to track prescriptions that my doctor has sent in because Lord forbid they actually fill them), the pharmacy will find a way to auto-fill some non-urgent, old prescription that I DON'T need and then hound me in texts to come pick it up! It's just too absurd at this point. They should close it down and have a complete overhaul."

"I went to this store three times for my medication after I was told it was ready, and on the last visit the manager Tracy (the only helpful person) said the pharmacy didn’t even put in my order! She was the only helpful person and she called directly after she put in my order to make sure I received my medicine. I had been a month without my medicine and went through such excruciating pain. If you have a chronic condition or need daily medication, do NOT use this pharmacy."

"I called to have my prescriptions filled a week ago, never got a call back. Called to check, they weren’t filled yet. Waited a couple more days, still no call back, but I called and the automated message said they were ready. I went to pick up and there was a line through the store. One person on the register and 6 people in the back. No one knows what they are doing and no one seems to care. I hate leaving poor reviews, but this is not the first time I’ve had this experience."

"My experience was consistent with all of the other recent negative reviews, and I won't use this pharmacy again. First, the pharmacist said they had never received my initial prescription, even though the prescribing electronic medical record system showed that the prescription had been sent to them and that the pharmacy had confirmed receipt. I got a new prescription written and should have taken it somewhere else but didn't. When it was time for a refill, the automated CVS phone system said the prescription was ready for pickup, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told the medication was back-ordered and unavailable. In both instances, staff were unapologetic as if this is business as usual for them."
