I’ve read through some of the bad reviews and I would just like to mention that she has had a great reputation in Baltimore for a long time, so she is very popular and sometimes her office can get busy, but they are all loving, caring and honest people who only want the best for your pet, if something is off just give them a call and they will get it taken care of."
"Our dog is a rescue who started with some behaviors that made visitors uncomfortable. Between a behavioral therapist vet and behavioral trainer. He is making great strides. Excellently run, all staff is warm and welcoming. They even have separate entrances for dogs and a cats."

Sandy and Dr. Zimmerman were the two ladies I had interactions with as well as the receptionist which was also a joy.
